Our first surprise was a RESORT FEE that we are charged before the check in. Yep, a resort fee. For what??
Then two mini pillows on your king bed. We asked for more and got only two more.
Then, you only get one bottle of water per stay. Yep, one 10 cent bottle of water per stay, but remember that RESORT FEE?
The breakfast is good, but don’t go to the place by the elevator. The room is like a grade school cafeteria situation. Go to the one by the bar.
The location is great, but these surprises for a high end NYC hotel were disappointing.

The hotel is perfect if you want to visit without passing through a casino. Good food available from the lobby 24/7. Generally clean, professional staff, great views when facing the stratosphere direction. I will not hesitate to book again.

Arrivé complétement farigué à l'hôtel on me dit que ma reservation n'apparait pas et on m'a tout simplement et littéralement mis dehors, avec certes de plates excuses mais aucune aide, aucune solution. Le problème vient d'eux et d'expedia, les conséquences ..."
