"Pros: Sehr ruhig, aber doch nicht weit von Olbia nur 10min Auto Fahrt . Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ich hab eine Vorschlag an Gastgeber es wäre sehr Praktisch wenn er ein extra Bett in untere Schlafzimmer stellen würde, dann können drei Personen unten schlafen und das Wohnzimmer wäre frei zu nutzen. Cons: Die Küchen Ausstattunge war nicht komplett. Sehr kleine TV Gerät."

"The staff was amazing, and really makes this place what it is. Every person we spoke to, but especially Juan, was beyond welcoming and accommodating. The location is right on the beach and features a relatively quiet and private beach setting that was incredibly maintained. The exterior of the property is GORGEOUS, so many plants and so much greenery. The cleaning staff and gardening staff do an amazing job at upkeeping the property. HOWEVER — we encountered bed bugs in our room the first night. About an hour after our late check in around 10:30pm (which the staff was so amazing for accommodating), we inspected the room as always and got ready for bed. Shortly after turning off the lights, I felt something crawling on my leg and produced my flashlight to see what it was (expecting a spider or something of that nature) but instead was met with a bed bug. Upon further inspection of the bed frame a room, there was sufficient evidence that this was an active issue in the room. We were able to call the staff after hours who were extremely apologetic and immediately moved us rooms, explaining this was not and has not been a common issue for them. While we were not offered any room upgrade or compensation, the effort of the staff to accommodate us so late and make sure the rest of our stay was perfect was sufficient enough to ease our worries. The listing says laundry service but that was declined to us. Breakfast was great and housekeeping was great! I would stay again!"
