"Didn't have breakfast "

"The pool was closed because of lack of staffing. Pool hours are not great. Hottub was visibly dirty. Breakfast not included. Not worth the price."

"The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! "

"There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"Nice place, however not having an elevator makes it tough for people with heavy luggage or coolers to get to the 2nd floor. Also the ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order... It was nice enough for us, would probably stay again, to be honest."

"Our room was very clean, which in my opinion is very important. The walls are super thin, so I could hear each time a cupboard or door was closed. Breakfast was meager at best. If any complaint, that would be it; otherwise, we had a decent stay and did sleep well."
