"Shower floor needed a good scrubbing, otherwise the room appeared clean and neat. The breakfast was a disappointment…warming trays were empty…not sure what should have been there…eggs? Meat? Already peeled hard cooked eggs were good. Juice pitchers were empty. Mixed fruit would have been nice. Shuttle staff were great as were front desk persons."

"You get what you pay for. We wouldn't have stayed but it was late and we were exhausted. We didn't get between the sheets because they looked dirty. The only blanket was folded at the end of the bed and looked as though someone left their old throw blanket behind. Dirty, floors, tub, and toilet. We didnt even want to shower there. Horrible experience. "

"It's definitely a "budget" hotel, but perfect for just a place to stay. It's very quiet, comfortable, and close to A2 attractions. I'd stay here again."

"I partially picked this place BECAUSE it had a restaurant open till posted hours, location and price as well. I arrived late but within the posted hours - restaurant closed. No grab and go options. Nothing nearby to get food or drinks EXCEPT the OTHER nearby hotel The Hilton Garden Inn. They have a nice lobby with food and drink (and grab and go as well) and friendly staff - it feels way nicer there - I would have spent the extra $ for the Hilton if I knew. The Radisson is outdated and just "meh" after a long trip it felt diminishing. I seemed safe tho and I survived it. Thanks for the safe Haven."

"Clean safe"

"I booked this hotel three months in advance for my EMBA graduation and reserved above a base-level room, expecting a comfortable and quiet stay consistent with the hotel’s 4-star positioning. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Despite the advance booking and room category, we were placed directly next to the elevator during an extremely busy week. The walls are paper thin, and we can hear hallway conversations almost as clearly as if guests were inside our room. This has made it difficult to relax and enjoy what was supposed to be a special graduation stay. The room itself also fell short of expectations. The bathroom is quite small, and there is no coffee maker in the room, which was surprising for a hotel at this level. Some of the hotel’s shared spaces also feel dated, including the restaurant, which added to the sense that the property did not fully match its 4-star positioning. Guest services were kind and professional, but due to occupancy, they understandably were not able to do much. Moving rooms at this point would be too much of a hassle, so we are making the best of it. Still, given the occasion, the reservation, and the hotel’s rating, I expected a much better experience. I hope that this feedback reaches hotel leadership, as the room placement, lack of soundproofing, small bathroom, missing in-room amenities, and dated public spaces made the stay feel well below what was advertised."
