My brothers and I came to Pittsburgh to visit our niece at West Penn Hospital. This place is close to our destination and was priced right. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking for 2 vehicles was a little tight, but doable.
We came here to stay the weekend for the Steelers game and the house was nice checking in was a bit confusing make sure you go to the back door to come in. The house did show its age a bit but it wasn’t a big deal overall it was comfortable and close to shops and restaurants etc definitely stay here over a hotel.
Great location, close to stores, shops, and restaurants. Very easy parking, quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and good communications with manager. Place is starting to show signs of age, however, (for example, broken closet door just leaned against wall and loose floor tiles in kitchen and bathroom). Bathroom needs updating/fixing. Overall, a good stay for 5 adults.
but the apartment had a strange layout. The small bathroom was at the opposite end from the two bedrooms, which was inconvenient. The living room sofa was pretty uncomfortable. The deck was an old, small cement porch. It was very clean, though, and they do allow pets. No complaints about communication but a note inside the unit with wifi password would be helpful.
The apartment was very nice overall and we had no problems. There were some superficial things that should be addressed, like the kitchen ceiling tiles and the bathroom door, but it was fine and we enjoyed our stay.
Stayed two nights and the property was perfect for what we needed. Had plenty of space in the rooms and was very easy to check in and had good communication from the host.
Thank you for sharing this very clean, quiet, and comfortable place for our Thanksgiving celebration. This location is great, just a mile from Highland Park and close to most of Pittsburgh's attractions. We walked several times from the apartment into adjacent neighborhoods and always felt safe. Street parking was available whenever we needed it (sometimes several houses down, but there was always space). The kitchen is well-stocked, so we were able to do all of our planned cooking (I did bring my own pie pan!). The living room area has plenty of room for lounging and time together. The bathroom is a bit tight but we didn't stay long enough for this to a problem. The check-in was easy and Tom was in touch a few times to see if we needed anything during our stay. He was always prompt in answering the few questions we had. Thank you again for a great weekend!
Easy and safe entry to the apartment, nice washer and dryer, comfortable beds, and coffee! The host was very easy to communicate with. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed walking her around the neighborhood.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Beware, stay away
Appaling, dirty, contractors patch job, cockroaches, dirty underwear in closet, no lighting in bathroom, mold in bathroom, broken towel rack, TV barely hanging on wall, walkway and steps to entrance door a safety nightmare, parking a nightmare (construction on narrow street with alot of construction vehicles), extremely dirty AC filters, holes in rug, bathroom door hanging off, futon in living room has cover(FOR A REASON) . overall score 4 out of 10 for its location to Pittsburgh. certainly not the price for what you are getiing either.
The neighborhood is not in the safest area. Due to construction there was no street parking as advertised. To get to the entrance you have to walk a narrow sidewalk to the back which in any of thee details and did not feel safe. Once inside. There were water stains on the ceiling and dirt in a dustpan with trash still in the house. Doors marked do not open seemed yo be able to be opened from the other side which made us feel unsafe. We left and dud not stay. We are looking for a total refund.
any was not in any details
All I rented this place for was a place to sleep and out of 3 beds not a single one was clean, nor were clean sheets located in the place and management brought more dirty/wrinkled sheets the next day after I complained. Sheets were full of hair and dead skin, unmade from the previous guests.
My family (2 adults, one child) stayed here a few months ago and absolutely loved it. It was clean, convenient, and the property manager was very kind and communicative. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area!
The location was good and we enjoyed the location. We only had a couple challenges. The door to enter the location was very difficult to open because of the door handle and it’s location to the door frame. The sink and mirror in the only bathroom was inadequate, way to small and difficult to use. The parking out front had very difficult “no parking” signs to see at night when we arrived at 11 pm at night. When we woke up the next morning our rental car was towed and we had to pay for a Uber to get to the impound and pay $160 for the inpound fee. Not a good start to our trip.
We came to town for a concert and decided to stay another day to explore the city-which we now want to return to because we couldn't possibly see everything in a day! The house was great. Clean, quiet and cool (air conditioning was on already for us!!) Coffee pods, sugar and creamer provided. A bowl of assorted snacks was on the counter and a bunch of bottled waters were cold in the fridge! We loved drinking our coffee sitting on the porch and were blessed with a parking spot directly in front of the house each time we pulled up to the house! We'd return to thus house in a heartbeat upon returning to Pittsburgh!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
The house was clean and nice on the inside-- nothing overly fancy but it certainly worked for our quick weekend.
The street seemed to have some construction and other homes nearby seemed to be vacant.
Security in the home was good and we certainly felt safe.
The actual place was beautiful and well taken care of.
The check in process was different and after that everything was good the property was nice on the inside. All the facilities were well taken care of. The curbside parking was not a problem on any day. The outside what littered with garbage
Just as beautiful as the photos. Most important we felt SAFE. Motion detectors, Bolted locks but easily accessible to occupant. Great decorating. I’m taking ideas home to minimize. The host customer service was excellent. Yes, I would return.
