Property is conveniently located located near restaurants, shopping and access to downtown Pittsburgh. Kitchen has shaker cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances. Two full baths with new tiled surrounds, vanities, lighting, and toilets. 1st Floor: Entry, Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. 2nd Floor 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths: Basement: Laundry.
