We were on a long road trip, visiting 7 states in one week, on a budget. This place was the greatest place we stayed in. Everything was clean and new. Spacious suites, comfy beds, new bathroom with massage showerhead, and good breakfast. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Highly recommend the place

We loved our stay at Quality Inn, from the genuine friendliness from front desk staff and consideration for my children, to the close proximity of our room to the elevator, to the delicious and plentiful options of the included breakfast. We felt welcomed, we felt comfortable, and we created sweet memories. We’re glad we stayed here!

The staff was exceptional. The young girl, who checked us in in the afternoon, and the gentleman who we checked out with in the morning. Very personable, very friendly.

The location was fine. Heater made a clicking noise after it got to the desired temperature. The toilet was wobbly. I was charged for stealing a towel, which I certainly did not do. The manager, after I called when the charge appeared on my card, wanted to "look into it" and then became hostile when I did not see what he was going to "look into." I did not steal anything, there is nothing to look into. A mistake was made by them and it is not my fault, but they didn't care. For the record I called Wyndham corporate and they did not care either. I also believe it is possible the desk clerk stole my credit card details since more credit card fraud started the day after I checked out. Not worth the risk staying at this below average property.

We had to change rooms 3 times. Lights were out, fridge didn’t work, floor was dirty, blow dryer was broken! Terrible experience!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. HOWEVER, The room was dusty/dirty. There was no toilet paper in the room. The sheets were not clean and clearly looked as if they had not been changed from the previous person. The mirrors were not clean and looked as if they had not been wiped down for a period of time. There were dirt lines along the trim of the floor. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend. Very disappointed and disgusted.

The property was cleaned and friendly. Only downside was that my wife and I were not on the same floor as our children. Apparently the didn’t have rooms for us on the same floors. Other than that I couldn’t complain about my stay or the staff everyone was extremely nice.

When we got there we had to change rooms cuz it was filthy and stuff all over the shakes we went downstairs and she apologized and was so nice about it and got us a different room when we went in the different room the beds weren't dirty but the seat cushions were beyond filthy they even had cigarette holes so we went down and showed her she apologized I said we won't be sitting on those seats anyways the bed looks clean so we will sleep there

Bring washclothes!!!
Not the greatest. Only had wash clothes avail. One day out of 3 nights. Our air conditioner didnt function and qouldnt go below 73 in the room. The thermostat constantly clicked all night. Bathtub wouldt drain. We cancell the next weekends reservations and went elsewhere. Told front desk about issues. No maintenance to fix problems. No excuse for no washcloths.

We will return - Staff went out of way to help.
We could not ask for more. The staff really extended themselves when we needed any helpor extra towels, etc. When we came down late for the breakfast, they went back into the kitchen to get some food for us. The location of the Inn was great, easy to find in the darkness as well. Access to our room was very easy and quick and made for a quick arrival and departure 2 days later

I was honestly disappointed in the room quality. Don’t let the pictures fool you. We walked in with a pillow that had a brown stain on it. I went to go get a shower and it took a long time for the water to get warm. There were no wash clothes in our room and we ran out of toilet paper with no extra roll in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful during check in, but we definitely will not be staying in this hotel again.
