There was no hot water in the shower both times I showered, only one wash cloth, no soaps in any of the dispensers, the AC didn’t really keep it that cold, there were only two coffees and we stayed for two nights and there was two of us. The pictures online definitely hyped up the apartment and the area outside to enjoy. It was by no means dirty though, and a safe area, just lower your expectations when staying! And he prepared to climb a lot of stairs! This place is up at the very top!

Clean one bedroom apt. Nice neighbors in the building. Note that you won’t get your checkin info until 30 minutes prior to check in. It’s a third floor walk-up, but easy. Bed comfy. Nice amenities. Great kitchen and bath. Nice shower- wait for the warm water. It will come. Got a lovely note from owner upon departure. Would def stay again. Thanks!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!
We arrived and the apartment was dirty. There was attic stairs drawn down right in front of the door and rotten flowers in a vase. The cot was broken and we needed it for a 3rd person. There were no sheets for it. There was a terrible smell that made me cough. There were not enough sheets. Due to all of this, I contacted the owner to tell them that we were not staying. We left the premises. The owner initially texted me that she would refund me our money, but then I never heard from her again. I tried to get VRBO involved and they also could not reach the owner. It has been 10 days since then and I still have heard nothing. Her phone voicemail box is full, so even though I have left texts and messages within the app, I have not heard anything back. I am hoping the owner is OK as this does not seem to be a typical experience.

I refused to stay at the location , it was nothing like advertised. It was dirty, hard to get up 3 floors with suitcases, and zero response from property manger.

This place blew my expectations out of the water. Check in was the smoothest thing, place looked just like the pictures, amazing tv’s. Recommend to anyone looking for an easy stay. 10/10!!

The apartment is as pictured. Check in was smooth. The building was quiet and the neighborhood was beautiful! Small coffee shop within walking distance. The listing says there are two roll out beds and all linens are provided. Our booking was for a family of four. There was one roll out bed and one air mattress and zero linens for those beds and only two towels were provided. I messaged and called the owner and I have never gotten a reply. (We checked out over a week ago) So if you are just staying as two adults it’s great but I would not recommend for a family of four unless you bring your own sleep items for the kids.

We came for a weekend for my husband's birthday. Perfect location and modern little apartment to use as homebase for our siteseeing. Perfect for 2 people, more than that might be a little tight, but do-able ion the cots provided. No more than a 20 min drive from anything you want to do for touristy things! The apartment is modern-feeling within a historic old building. Pretty neighboorhood with a quick walk to the gorgeous Highland Park. Just remember you will not get your access code until 30 min before check-in, I hadn't heard anything and was a little panicked until I reached out to the owners and they reassured me of my reservation. No complicated check-out obligations either!

Nice place to stay
We had a lovely time at the Luxe Highland Park. Check in process was smooth, and street parking available right out front in a good location to walk or drive everywhere we wanted to explore. Was limited soap available in the dispensers, no robes as seen in the pictures, and a cabinet that was off the hinge on our arrival but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Great space, very clean
The apt is in a great location from which to explore Pittsburgh and we had a great time at the zoo and at the Carnegie. Sophia was a great host and was very responsive when we had trouble logging onto the wifi. 100% recommend!
