The check-in was flawless and they were able to accommodate my early arrival. The first room we were in the AC was broken so they moved us into another room without any issue. The only thing I can say is the smell was very musty which i didn't care for but we were only there for 1 night.

I was surprised at how quiet and clean this little place was. The parking lot was full but we never heard a sound all night.We had 2 rooms. Our bed was so soft and comfortable we slept really good but my son complained his bed was hard and uncomfortable so guess it depends on what room you get.

Have stayed here many time and never disappointed. Hotel is always clean ,staff friendly and accommodating . Housekeeping good service. Location is good for,going to various places around Pittsburgh. 30 minutes from airport. Good breakfast . Also,coffee in lobby 24/7.
