You will be located one street off of East Carson St. A perfect spot that is not too close and not too far from the main strip. You will have access to the entire unit and a back deck area.
Other things to note:
We do not have provide parking but we provide recommendations for guests. We charge $25 per pet per day. For the comfort of our community, we have installed roomonitor which monitors the noise of loud parties and loud music. We have also installed a smoke monitor to detect indoor tobacco and marijuana usage.

We had a lovely stay at the Carey Townhome. Everything was exactly as promised and the location was perfect. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk while still being located in a quiet area. Tom was very easy to communicate with as well. I would definitely recommend staying at the Carey Townhome in the future.
Property was as advertised. Clean, Great location. Had the kitchen items we needed. Plenty of room for all. Worked well for 4 of us.
Beds could have been a little more comfortable on the main level. Upper level beds comfortable.
Lots of stairs. But most South side flat properties will have lots of stairs. Location made up for all of that and we were satisfied. The host communicated perfectly, timely and met our needs.Clean property. Definitely worth what we paid for it. Mike
Our contact, Tom, was great. Checked in on us by message several times. The upstairs bedroom AC didn’t work the first night which made it extremely hot, but Tom had it repaired the following day ASAP. Shower was also slow to drain, but we didn’t get around to letting Tom know, though I’m sure he would have resolved that as well.
Pros: Property was neat and tidey for most part. Nicely decorated to make it homey-vibe. Bathroom was very nicely remodeled, (shower kind of small if you’re a plus sized person) Great location off of Carson Street, able to walk to a lot from this location. Keyless entry was a breeze. All information was emailed in appropriate time of check in. Cute little area of coffee/laundry items provided in kitchenette area. Complimentary bathroom items also included in case you forget an item.
Cons: 1 garbage bag provided, intense dog smell but able to be aired out with windows open several hours. “Private deck space” is actually a crevice between 2 buildings, no view but walls- can only fit 3 people comfortably but there is a table to fit 4. Sleeps 8 but only 4 utensils/5 towels provided. Needs a thorough cleaning, lots of junk under couch/crumbs from hard pretzels on counters we cleaned ourselves. Everyone who stayed the night woke up from a sore throat and had a several day cough, believed to be due to AC units needing cleaned and city air.
I stayed for a week at the property. It's conveniently located near Carson Street, Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and it's a short trip to downtown.
We had an amazing time at the property, and it was so close to everything we needed!! Super clean and well put together!

The only TV on the property did not work. Property manager did not address or compensate for the inconvenience but did communicate timely with me. Surfaces were clean but floors, hard and carpet, were very dirty.

Positives: Location (walkable to restaurants, bars), very lively area at night, interior appeared clean, beds for 6 allowed a group stay ; host communicative before and after stayDifficulties : door locks were not working; used app and phone # provided and no one responded for 2.5 hours and only after vrbo support got involved; owner long distance and local manager would not come open ; after an additional 2 hours of them not being able to open door remotely we had to stay in hotel first night; rotting trash on porch entire stay, sheets clearly hasn’t been changed (dark hairs all over ). Owner and vrbo helpful but the property managers were awful. Afterwards they claimed we had a key (from a lockbox we were never able to open)
Great host, great place, maybe some minor improvements
It was very good all around. The host was extremely willing to help and stayed in contact when we needed help. Could use a paint job and a sturdier railing leading to the second floor. I would rent again either way. Great location, great food and extremely helpful host.
Listing needs transparency on parking and amenities
Very disappointed with this listing. Upon check in, we noted and notified that pretty much every window blind in the apartment was broken and missing many slats. Walls were dirty and needed cleaning, as did the bathroom. AC were all window units and did not cool the unit well. The big issue was parking. The listing does not that parking is not provided. What it does not note is that street parking is largely unavailable and public parking is not close at all, and not cheap.

Could be super cute if cleaned up!
My friend and I booked a stay here for a concert a PNC paints arena. It only took a couple of mins to get to the venue from the apartment. You need to park in one of the paid lots nearby. We didn’t have a problem finding a spot. The owner is really nice and accommodating. He made sure we got there and were able to get in with our code. Communication is on point.
The issue that we had was that the house looked like it hadn’t been clean in forever. There were marks on the walls, dust and cobwebs all over and the area rugs and carpets were really dirty. I did speak to the owner about this and he assured me that he would take care of it. We had a hard time getting a good night sleep and left at 6am because we just were not comfortable with the level of cleanliness. The place would have been very cute otherwise.
I have no words. THIS is why people are afraid to use short term rental sites. We entered this home and IMMEDIATELY smelled mold and mildew, strong. I’m a Realtor, my husband is in construction. We know houses. It only took moments to find the significant water stains on the ceilings, and not just one room, but throughout the house. The yellow stains were 3-5 feet long and one directly above the headboard of one of the primary bedrooms. Clearly this home has water intrusion issues that the host is neglecting. The exposed brick walls in the kitchen are so damp and deteriorated that the paint is simply falling right off and the brick below disintegrates upon gentle touch. This property is not safe to sleep in and needs remediation. We left within minutes. I took photos and video, per VRBO’s request, and yet the owner REFUSED to address our situation and said he’d send a maintenance person to fix the issues. Fix. The. Issues? How could one fix damaged drywall, water intrusion, paint, AND mold remediation during our 4 day stay? I was utterly baffled by this response. This, plus stained carpeting, filthy walls & broken blinds. I would never recommend anyone stay at this property or anywhere these hosts are in charge of. Their lack of response to the severity of the situation was utterly alarming. Thank goodness VRBO reviewed the claim and refunded our money, I would not have been able to trust this platform otherwise. Guests Beware!
The initial booking went fine, but the problem was when I needed to extend the reservation due to a family emergency (which was the reason for the initial stay). They sent the new reservation to pay for the additional time and accepted the booking. Long story short we had to move out of the house a day early and find additional accommodations because of a booking error. This was very difficult on our family that was already going through a tragedy of life or death. This was totally unexpected since the owners kept sending tons of emails before the booking about various things that could have been sent in one check-in email. The bad part was that had to a number of emails and call a couple of times in order for them to respond to me about the booking issue. One way communication is not the best way to operate. I would book again, but would suggest that they improve their communication process.
