Entertainment Hub: The converted basement provides an ideal second living area—perfect for a movie night or a game session.

Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
No parties or events—let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior—safety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
Toilet paper only in the toilet—keeps the plumbing happy!

Deceptive Practice

The facility was nice and clean, but the booking experience was terrible! We had 2 pets and friends with us. I expected all of price would include everything, but only to find out on the day of checking out asking for my permission to charge another 300.00 for having pets. Why wasn't this included in the final price? I am reporting this to the consumer advocate for deceptive practice. reporting this the the co scharr
