I enjoyed the location very much. It was so easy to get to, everything was walking distance and the view was gorgeous. The rooms were tidy with comfortable furniture and smelled pleasant. I plan on trying to stay here anytime i am in the city.

Very happy with the property. We were there for the marathon, the location, price, cleanliness were great. Felt safe and comfortable and the employees were kind and helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

The place is older, small kitchen, but that is ok as we did not even use it. Living area was ok as well. The pictures online clearly showed a room with twin beds (totally fine) but the second room had at least a double bed in it. This was not the case when we arrived, it was two twin beds set up like a dorm room. Bathroom shower is small and the curtain was gross with mildew growing on it. The towels had a horrible smell to them. I emailed asking for new ones and they replied quickly stating they would send new, but those didn't show up until hours later. Thankfully, I had some pool towels in my car that we ended up using as the new towels also had a bit of a smell to them. They seemed more worried about the missing TV remote than anything else - we didn't even report that the remote was missing. I guess the previous guest did? Location is fine during the day but a little sketchy at night with a 24 hour head shop on the corner and adult entertainment store across the street. Oh, and they didn't bother to come fix the smoke alarm I told them was hanging from the ceiling by its wires...
