- Convenient Chapel Hill, Jordan Lake. Cabin provides perfect OFF the GRID experience. Heat and AC, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Pot, TV etc. All powered by the sun only! Water tot is filled with well water for cooking/showering. Water cooler for drinking. Learn about living off the grid, how to save energy, connect with nature, relax away from busy life. Park-like area for picnic. Five acres of land with own trails is exclusively for you to enjoy! Need to follow all instructions to manage energy. We need to give few minutes tour of the unit.
