"For the price it was ok we got through the stay. Room was damp and there was a leak in the bathroom! Could see water damage stains all around the ceiling! The bed felt damp the first night bc of all the moisture in the air! Staff was friendly and it was clean I saw house keeping clean the room next to me and she did not cut corners!!! And surprisingly I felt very safe this was my family first motel stay we usually stay at hotels! If you want affordable give it a try!!! "

"10/10- Stayed here a week with 6 families for a baseball tournament and had the best time! This property is spacious and was a huge hit for the 17/18 year old boys with the pool (it has a diving board), pond and the pool table. Pierre was responsive when we had questions and even sent the boys pizza when we arrived as a good luck for the week. 100% we will rebook if we head back to Lakepoint. The place was clean on arrival, we had no issues with bugs (aside from when we were outside), and there are plenty of beds/bathrooms, especially if you book both houses. If you are staying for baseball, I highly recommend setting up deliveries from Costco and Walmart, as this saved us the hassle of dealing with that so we could enjoy the property. This property is a hidden gem!"
"We had a great time. The home and outdoor space are beautiful - even better in person! There was ample space inside and outside. Home needs a little bit of updating in some bathrooms/furniture but otherwise it was great! Beds were super comfortable. Eve was super friendly and helpful. We will be back!"

"The house was ok at best. It was dirty and we had to have the cleaners come back. There were food crumbs on the floor. There was splatter from something that was thrown in the trash can on the wall. The trash can lid was covered with something. The trash can was broken. The baseboard throughout the house was very dirty. The master bath shower had black mold. The inside of the washer was dirty that we didn’t wash clothes. There were very minimal utensils. Don’t plan to cook a good meal with what was available. There were no steak knives or cutting knives to cut anything. We had to use butter knives to cut things up. The was 1 spoon, no spatula. This house could be a nice one but needs attention. There is a tenant living in the basement also. We had no issues with them. Just a good point to know of. "
