"Of all of our hotels in Italy, this was by far the most grand for the value. We enjoyed made to order breakfast, great communication regarding parking and navigating the city, and incredibly kind and helpful staff. This was also the best air conditioning we found during the June heat wave, and we slept so comfortably!"
