"Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again."

Deers wonder around the property all day long which was a lovely site for kids and adults equally. The house was cozy and comfy. "Everything was 5 star, from the host communication prior to arrival and during if needed, to the cleanliness, to the location, amenities and more! Beautiful, spacious and secluded property, yet accessible and perfectly located within reach of the nearby town and many rivers. The attention to detail by Ron (host) in making it the perfect setup for any visitor is admirable. All you can think of and need is available and everything is clearly well maintained.
