"Fantstic house in the gorgeous Caporotono area close to Pisticci, 25 minutes from the beach. The accomodation exists of a main house (kitchen, living room, master bedroom) and two smaller units (both double bedrooms with their own entrance and private bathroom). Two outside showers and a lovely garden with a large covered terrace. The whole accomodation is beautifully designed throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (oil, vinegar, salt, etc) provided. It's close to the main...

"Our host Pietro was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information. The accommodation was clean and provided lots of room for 5 ladies (thankful for 2 bathrooms). Location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town of Matera. Lots of privacy and parking available. If we ever get back to the enchanting city of Matera would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment has an excellent location quite near the historic center of Matera and within walking distance of the Sassi. But the highlight for us was wonderful Pietro, the owner. Not only had he stocked the refrigerator and cupboard with goodies, but he also arranged an emergency dental appointment for my husband, drove us there, and acted as our interpreter. During our stay and afterwards, he checked up on us to see how my husband was doing, and he told us not to worry about anything...

"Bellissimo appartamento al centro di Matera, vicinissimo alla via principale del centro dove si trovano ristoranti e negozi. Da tener solo presente che se si arriva in auto a Matera occorrerà parcheggiare in uno dei parcheggi pubblici vicini"

"Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna."

Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets."

"The apartment was fantastic, just as advertised. The location is amazing as well, just a few steps away from the main piazza. Views from the windows of the apartment look down on the Sassi. Great apartment at an affordable price!"

"While this location may be a five or 10 minute walk from the center and shops, it affords the best view in the entire city! There is nice paid parking structure within 300 meters. The apartment is spacious Terrace spectacular."

"We stayed here out of season so there was hardly anything open in the area - only a few people staying on the complex. I can imagine it would be totally different in the middle of summer. Nice property but could do with better heating in the cooler months as it was freezing at night (we stayed early April) Lovely patio dining area, great second bedroom for the kids - they loved the bunk beds. Good size, good facilities in the property but nowhere to take rubbish and recycling when we were there....

Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes...

"Het huisje was prima. De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk. De zee is 2 km verder op. Maar er is verder niets in de buurt, geen restaurants, geen supermarkten."
