The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions around Genoa. Department is very convenient access to the hotel in downtown Genoa by car or walking is very convenient. It's probably a 25 minute walk to the central core but only a 5-minute Drive . I highly recommend this hotel "
