It sucked , they gave me room next to smoking area !! So whenever someone smoked it went right into my room ????????? Why with Expedia i get worst room when i stay at plac3s ????????

I rented three rooms. One had cockroaches, the other smelt disgusting like the refrigerator broke, and the other's door you had to push on to make sure it closed.Enough said.

Great location. Easy to walk everywhere. Rooms were listed as soundproof which they definitely are not. Also, the soaps/conditioner were empty…we were only there one night so this wasn’t too big of an issue

Property was ok, we love location but the room we got no AC. We had someone trying to fix it but nobody call us or tell us that they will work on AC they just come over when we was away. And not sure how long they were there to fix, still AC was broken.

Nice Room but loud neighbors
The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great. What ruined our stay was that the people in the room next to us arrived at 2 AM and kept going in and out and slamming the door and arguing loudly. It went on for a while. The walls between rooms doesn't block much sound so it was almost like they were in the same room.

The room with a kitchenerte had Nothing in it.. Not a pan not a plate.. Very disappointed as i like to make my own breakfast.. Plus the room was so small. On top of that the guy that checked me in was So rude when i asked him if they have a pan i could use.. I would not go back there again

The overlay is nice quiet and 5 min walk from the beach. There is a beautiful patio on the second floor and a swimming pool. However the rooms are very small and the bed is firm (one queen room). Personally I’m not a fan of the rooms. The desk chair is in the way of walking around the room. But again this is only a motel and very price friendly. So overall I would rate this a 3.7 in my opinion.

First time staying here and within an hour of us staying. Our smoke detector kept beeping loudly, they don’t have phones in their rooms so had to use my cell phone to call front desk. Maintenance took about 25 minutes to come to our room. Maintenance guy was very pleasant only thing positive about the stay! My husband paid extra for a tub in our room and they didn’t even have the stopper for the tub. We will not being staying at this hotel again.

Nice, clean room, minutes from the beach. Wi-fi is terrible, drops constantly. There were no coat hangers so nothing could be hung up. Only one mirror which is in the bathroom and gets fogged up. Had to ask another guest for the Wi-Fi password because what they give you is unreadable. Staff very curt saying the Wi-Fi is working fine before you even finish asking if there’s a problem with it.

Everything was awesome. We enjoyed the location at where it was at. Close to everything a traveler can enjoy Pismo. The only problem the room had was the toilet didn't work properly, we had to put water for to flush and when it was filling it didn't stop. We couldn't sleep ,a guy staff ,all he said was sorry. We'll fix it. Didn't bother give a discount, extra nit,anything. We were going to stay again but that bothered us.
