"There was a ball of hair in the shower area, which was really disgusting. The bedside table had stains, and some of the toilet fittings were corroded or broken. The only good things were the air conditioning and the location. Breakfast options were very limited if you aren’t a local. We only had breakfast once and then decided to eat elsewhere. Only one reception staff member could speak a little English, so communication was a major issue."
