Firstly, EVERY member of the staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, hospitable and eager to create a special experience for me, and from what I witnessed, for the other guests as well.
Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and of excellent quality.
The hotel is a classical building with a lot of personality and special touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable(Cocomat bed) and I consistently got a good nights sleep. I also felt very safe staying there.
The location couldn’t be beat. The Koukaki neighborhood is a culinary Mecca, plus all the major sites of Athens are in walking distance.
I hope I have the opportunity to stay there in the future!

Room was small anyway, but poor design made it smaller. Large chair didn’t fit under desk so door wouldn’t open all the way; the shower was tiny and flooded the bathroom every time.
Hotel itself was nice enough but room took away from that.
