Pishiobury Park Tours and Activities

The Cleveland Residences, above all else, was a wonderful location. Easy access to the market as well as to the Underground made it an excellent stay. The size of the room for 4 people worked out just fine. Our bed was broken and we needed to create a make shift support. But other than that, no complaints. It was overall a solid stay.

I will start by saying that I would highly recommend the 1 Hotel Mayfair. The staff are lovely & the rooms are great. This is my 3rd stay there & it didn’t go quite as well as it has in the past. I always bring my dog with me and they usually provide dog wipes so that you can wipe off their feet before entering the hotel room and those were unfortunately not provided this time and they said that they didn’t have them. That was a bummer because I would’ve brought my own, but I didn’t because I anticipated them being in the room again. I would say my biggest disappointment was with room service. I would not recommend the tomato Barada pizza. It is covered in dried tomato paste and then portions of Barada, but it was not very tasty and it was just not what I had expected at all. The tomato sauce is weird and even the Barada is a little weird. In the morning, I ordered a California burrito and ask them to add a few ingredients. They forgot the tomatoes, but they added spicy pickles and because I absolutely hate pickles. The whole burrito was pretty much ruined. When I called them and let them know about it, they said that they would try to take it off the bill. They did in fact take it off of the Bill, but I had a little giggle over the fact that they still charged me for the Latte. I would’ve thought that they would’ve Just exited out the entire breakfast, Bill. It’s not a big deal. I just found it a little funny. We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.
