Great location and great price. No lift (that I saw) so would caution anyone with mobility issues.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay in Palermo! We had a wonderful stay at B&B Teatro and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. Marcello was an exceptional host from the very beginning. Before we even arrived, he stayed in contact with us and provided clear, step-by-step instructions on how to reach the accommodation from the airport shuttle stop, which made our arrival completely stress-free. When we arrived, Marcello personally greeted us, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know. We also had the pleasure of seeing him every morning at breakfast, where he was always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and we especially loved our little balcony, which was a lovely bonus. The location was absolutely perfect. We were within walking distance of Palermo's historic center and surrounded by countless restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps from the door. It was the ideal base for exploring Palermo on foot. Thank you, Marcello, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Good central location, comphy beds, quiet and staff (Ariful) were excellent, friendly and helpful. The air conditioning unit in the first room was not working properly and we had to move room. Also, shower drainage not built properly and whole bathroom gets completely soaked with water after the shower (and no additional drains to get rid of this water), which leaks into the bedroom.

Our hotel room was very comfortable, clean, and cool. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was central to main walking, shopping and historic locations.
