Otelin olumlu yönleri odanın çok geniş olması, çift banyosu olması ve otoparkının oldukça geniş olması. Ancak bu özellikler restorant ve kahvaltının çok kötü olması yüzünden gölgede kaldı. Ramada markasına hiç yakışmayan bir ortam ve ambiyans, ikinci sınıf kafeterya görünümü, fonda sürekli açık Dreamtürk kanalı sayesinde arabesk bir hava vardı. Yiyecekler o kadar kalitesizdi ki iştah kapatıcı cinsten. 3 gece konakladığımız için bazı yiyeceklerin hiç değişmeden bayat şekilde sunulduğunu gördük. Bir tepside getirilen sıcak börek zannettiğim şeyi ısırdığımda buzdolabından çıkarılmış sarılmış krep olduğunu farkettim. Hangi mantık buzdolabına krep koyar bilemiyorum. Eşim bir defa omlet isteme gafletine düştü, zorla yedi. Üstü kurumuş sütlaçlar ayrı bir konu. Kısaca neresinden tutsan elinde kalan bir açık büfe. Olumlu yorum yazanlar olmuş, sonradan ben nasıl oldu da bu otelden konaklama satın aldım diye tekrar yorumları okuyunca şaşkınlıkla farkettim. Karadeniz yolculuğumuz sırasında iki farklı Ramada otelde daha kaldık. Arada uçurum var. Otelin marka değeri için çok olumsuz bir tablo. Diğer Ramada otellerini görmeyip sadece Piraziz'de konaklasaydım bir daha asla Ramada otellerini tercih etmezdim. Resepsiyon çalışanlarının tavrı güzeldi. Restoran kısmındakiler ise maalesef profesyonellikten uzaktı. Dekorasyonundan başlanarak kesinlikle yenilenmesi gerekiyor.
