"Beautiful area and view. The room was spotless clean and beds comfortable. The staff was courteous. The tiled pathway to room was slippery, need handrails and non slip mats in certain areas before the infinity pool. Bathrooms need support hand bars. Moving from the room back to reception area with luggage was difficult, esp. climbing the curved stairway."

"This was such a pleasant, private, place of tranquility. I have to give you the true points tho. GO TO THE STORE BEFORE GOING FIRST! You are up in hills. There are no restaurants, no Uber eats, no stores, So get your bag of ice, your water and soda, your food and snacks before going there. Once you get there you aren't going to want to leave. I didn't use their kitchen. I just asked for a microwave to be brought to my room. The bed is so so comfy. The pool isn't heated. I would totally recommend this place 100 times over. "

"This cozy almost feel at home hotel was such a joy. And the service was great. I had to call after hours for service and without hesitation someone came over and made sure everything was put in place for my complete comfort. And the person in charge made sure to text me and made sure i was satisfied and taken care of immediately. I will give one piece of advice, when booking make sure and take the rooms with the balcony that over looks the ocean. I was given this advice and i did not take it and i regret it completely. Beautiful place, cozy and awesome staff. "

"My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."

"Absolutely loved this property! For anyone wanting to completely detach and reset I highly recommend Castara Retreats. I stayed in Coco Palm and it was immaculate. The only thing I suggest is to bring towels because they do not switch them daily. Other than that I have no complaints. Staff was excellent and inviting. They overheard me saying how much I love mangos and they gathered some from around the property and delivered them to the room without me asking. The yoga instructor Judah was phenomenal! Can’t wait to visit there again!"

"Positives - The staff was very friendly and helpful The free breakfast- it shocked us all, as both the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, adequate and clean. The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. Too bad we were not able to bathe due to the Sargassum. Negatives - Our 2nd day, got up, no water, staff took too rectify the problem. Kindly replace the batteries in the safe, the key should only be used for emergencies. Also on 2nd day, we went onto the balcony to view the sunrise, but we got locked out. I suggest that spare keys for the balcony door be kept on premises to avoid what happened after. "
