Our room was on the first floor (technically 2nd floor) and people smoked right below, so we weren’t able to have the windows open without a strong cigarette smell. Arriving late, i realised i have not received any passcode that was needed nor a reply I could read advising that parking was on the street, until i found the number to call. the lady was up late and helpfully provided me with the number to get in, and then i had to download the app for accessing my room.
