"A estrutura do condomínio é boa, a localização também e a equipe foi muito prestativa. Para chegar ao apartamento temos alguns lances de escada, então se for com alguém que tem limitações, é bom estar atento, mas para nós não foi um problema. Gostamos muito de ter água mineral de cortesia e não tenho muito o que falar sobre os utensílios de cozinha disponíveis, porque quase não usamos. O único ponto negativo foi que o condomínio inteiro ficou sem água no último dia. "
