The staff was absolutely amazing! There weren't a ton of amenities, and unfortunately the hot tub was out of order, which I had really been looking forward to. However, they made up for it by surprising me with a complimentary room upgrade and drinks for my birthday, which I truly appreciated. Also...the body wash and lotion—OMG! They smelled incredible. I completely forgot to ask what brand or scent they use because I would absolutely buy it. The valet parking is pricey, but we chose it so we wouldn't have to haul our luggage from farther away, and it was worth the convenience. The room itself was so much fun! I loved the projector screen, and the extra-high bed was such a cool touch. The kitchenette had everything you would need if you wanted to cook a meal during your stay. The bathroom was a work of art. I loved the overhead rainfall shower and the handheld pull-out shower head—it felt so luxurious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. One thing to note: the hotel is dog-friendly, so you may hear dogs barking occasionally, but it wasn't excessive. Thank you, Catbird, for helping make my birthday special.
