Located close to the medieval town of Piobicco, in the Marche region of Italy, Villa Eufemia is a large villa divided into seven apartments (sleeping up to 26) with a private swimming pool. The villa is part of an organic farm with woods, meadows, pastures, and farmland for feeding livestock. The town of Piobbico is within a short driving distance, where you can find shops and restaurants and, other attractions in the area include the hill town of Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and the caves of Frasassi. The villa is ideal for groups of people and events.

Villa Eufemia (335 sqm) consists of seven apartments with independent entrances.

Apartment 1 (sleeps 4)
This ground floor apartment consists of a kitchen, two double bedrooms (with double beds) and two bathrooms (with showers). The apartment is suitable for people with disabilities.

Apartment 2 (sleeps 4)
This ground floor apartment consists of a kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed), two single bedrooms (with French beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

Apartment 3 (sleeps 6)
This first-floor apartment consists of a living room, kitchen (with fireplace), three double bedrooms (with double beds) and three bathrooms (with shower).

Apartment 4 (sleeps 4)
This first-floor apartment consists of a kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two double beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

Apartment 5 (sleeps 4)
This ground floor apartment consists of a kitchen, two double bedrooms (with double beds) and two bathrooms (with showers).

Studio 1 (sleeps 2)
This ground floor studio consists of a kitchenette, one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

Studio 2 (sleeps 2)
This ground floor studio consists of a kitchenette, one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has a large garden that features a swimming pool (10m x 6m; depth 1.4 m; open June-September) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas), a children’s playground, and furnished terraces perfect for al fresco dining (with tables and chairs).
