- Small, comfortable apartment house "Frassan Apartments", 2 storeys, detached. 1 km from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden (not fenced). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 30.Apr.. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking (extra), public parking on the road. Grocery, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 1 km, bar 700 m, bus stop "Madonna di Campiglio" 1 km, thermal baths "Terme di Comano" 43 km. Gondola lift 300 m, ski bus stop 50 m, children's playground 500 m. Hiking paths: Giro dei Cinque Laghi, Rifugio Brentei, Rifugio Tuckett e Cascate Vallesinella, Lago delle Malghette, Cascate Val Genova. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.

- Heizung nur spätabends ( um ca 16/17 Uhr noch keine Heizung- Skischuhe und Anzüge immer feucht)
- Sauber und nah zu Skibus
