It’s a nice hotel; Cute rooms, everything is clean and maintained well. My issue is with how the hotel operates, everything takes forever. Valet, check in, bell hop, the wait is ridiculous! They just need to hire more staff, it always looks like a skeleton crew there. Also if you have restaurants inside the hotel there is no reason to not offer room service. Again, hire more people. The hotel itself is nice, there just shouldn’t be so many inconveniences for a hotel like that.

The first room we were booked in had bugs swarming on the ceiling! The front desk staff was nice enough to give us another room. The 2nd room was better, but had unsettling rust stains in the toilet. There was some sort of aerosolized irritant in the room, causing both my husband and I to take Benadryl. This is one of the most poorly managed properties we've ever stayed at ...The first time was a few months ago on the Courtyard side and the initial room we checked into was still DIRTY! It is PURE LAZINESS on the part of staff and management to not keep a property well maintained. I will never stay here again and quite honestly I think we deserve a refund for the latest stay. I will definitely not recommend that anyone stay here! Owners and Management....stop cutting corners financially and keep your property clean and inviting!!!
