Horrible y decepcionante

La atención fue pésima. Tal y como se solicita, se contacto para avisar de la hora de nuestra llegada, y tras muchos intentos al fin nos cogieron el teléfono. Hubo problemas con la calefacción y la caldera ya que no funcionaba, por lo que los radiadores no calentaban, al llamar a Marta nos indico ...
