"Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip....

"Overall a success. This is a beautiful old historic home with lots of cool features. It was great for our usage - business associates in the Birmingham area for the Porsche Driving Experience. I would say it would be great for families and kids too. The rental process was great and convenient."

Quiet neighborhood, super clean house and even surprised us with snacks in the kitchen which was great after a long drive. Out teen and young adult children loved the basement entertainment area. Would 100% recommend and use again next time we are in the area."

I didn’t read that one bedroom doesn’t have a door between the other bedroom and the door to it from the other room has a big window with no curtain, but it is in the listing so beware. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well. Thank you for a nice stay!"

"Although "Tiny" this place is much larger than a standard hotel room with the convenience of a washer/drier, kitchen and more space to enjoy. Parking right outside the front door was very convenient. The only thing we didn't like were the microfibre bath towels."
