Das Haus ist ein Schmuckstück der Extraklasse, der Service zuvorkommend und freundlich und das Essen gut. Die Kommunikation auf englisch hat nicht immer geklappt aber der Wille war immer da und die Hilfsbereitschaft. Ich hoffe ich kann wiederkommen"

"The Hotel is very large in size and the staff were very pleasant and helpful organising a driver to take us out of the area to visit all the places of interest we would not see otherwise. Kurunegela itself is not geared up for tourism and is more your local town. So there is a need to travel out. The Hotel is tired with the decor and carpets needing to be replaced and an overall update required. The restaurant choices are limited and overall the Hotel and the area does not cater for europeans"

"The property had a lovely pool, clean room, attentive staff and good location."
"Cassendra staff eere welcoming and helpful - even before I arrived. They helped me find affordable transport for a day trip and when needed were able to serve my dinner extra quickly. Wifi was touch and go but ultimately held for a few video calls. The hotel is a bit old but rooms are spacious and clean with great bathrooms.
The location is know to tuktuk drivers and the mountain offers amazing views. Its also very close to the best Kandyan dancers (5 min walk) and a view point!"
