Fantastic spot
Great place to stay in Esperance the property is amazing thanks to Griff and Vicky for they hard work Enjoyable for any kind of travellers, even dogs. I will recommande it to anyone going down that way.

Relaxing stay with our doggy
We loved this house. The property has beautiful gardens in a secure location. We could have our doggy with us. The house has everything we needed and was really clean and comfortable

Had a wonderful stay after a long travel from NSW to Perth. Very relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful fire place. Will definitely recommend this place.

Annex House
Annex House is at a very handy location, close to the Twilight loop and local businesses. Property itself is very beautiful, calm and refreshing. Vicki and Grif are super nice and Bailey their pet is very cute. Best place to live if traveling with kids and pet, so much outdoor space to run around and play

Great stay
Had a great stay in the Annex, which had everything we needed to stay for a few nights in March. Our dog really enjoyed the property and space. We left her on a lead at request as she would have chased the ducks and sometimes runs off in new places. Kitchen had a stove top inside and BBQ outside which we made use of.

Nice, quiet getaway!
The place was very well presented -- clean, functional, comfortable and thoughtfully set up. My family and I had a relaxed and great experience throughout our stay in Esperance. Just so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd in town, amidst trees and nature. Vikki and Griff were also very responsive, approachable and helpful throughout our stay. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and highly recommended!

Excellent quiet with lots of space
Clean neat and tidy, lots of room for the kids with plenty to do, close to town and shops Pet friendly. Maybe just needs a small area where dogs can be locked up if they like outdoors. Owner is very nice and you are Left alone only really seen owner on check in, unless you need anything. Nice warm fire with plenty of wood Netflix and tv, books to read a great Place if you want to do some relaxing

Gorgeous property, beautifully maintained and a delight to stay here. I wish we could have stayed longer. The property owners have thought about privacy and convenience. Bailey was also a lovely companion on the deck :)

Superb holiday
Vicki was friendly, efficient and a wealth of local knowledge. We went to all the places she recommended and they were all spot on. The property is gives you the sense of being in the bush but you are only 10 mins from town and the beaches. PS. We were able n the annex.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay in Esperance, the photos didnt do the house justice - it was very modern, clean and organised. We also had great communication with Vicky, who helped us a lot. The house however would be most comfortable for a group of up to 4 people.

Beautiful gardens and not far from town.
We were only there for one night while travelling with a dog but could easily have stayed longer. Esperance is beautiful even on the overcast day we were there. Definitely recommend.

FANTASTIC
Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the (Annex). Great kitchen facilities, bathroom with separate shower and tub along with a room of its own toilet are great amenities. Huge tv with netfix option in a most comfortable living room area. The entire accommodation was magnificently well appointed. Beds were most comfortable. Especially enjoyed my tour of the grounds with my 4 legged host Bailey. Only 8 minute drive from the Esperance Espanade. And those beaches! A photographer's delight.
