"Liz and Richard have done all they can to welcome guests into their home. The space you hire is within their two storey, at the back with a staircase through a security locked entrance. They have tried to consider everything. You are still sharing their home though, and thoughtfulness around behaviours is still going to affect them and vice versa. Eg music or TV sounds carry. Think of it as more of a hosted stay rather than a no contact stay and you'll be a good fit."

"Love that this is a pet friendly place close to the beach with a beach view and is clean. Beds are a good size although a bit too firm for us. The kitchen is easy to use and there are plenty of utensils and cooking options. Heating and cooling and hot water are great. Shower is amazing! Towels great. Quilts great. Tv is excellent and good options for streaming. Washing machine and dishwasher are great and thanks for the power etc. Small improvement suggestions to lift it to perfect would be: A small coffee table near the couch A few more throw rugs or cushions during winter A mattress topper A mirror over the bathroom sink area so that hair drying and makeup is easier or maybe in one of the bedrooms."
