"We've stayed here several years in a row when visiting family annually. Upon arrival, the TV we would have used did not work, so we reported it to the staff. They replied they were aware of it. Since they were aware and we were spending 4 nights, they should have placed us in a different room. We had already unpacked before discovering the unusable TV. It was inconvenient for sure. The rest of our experience was fine. Breakfast was good, room was clean, towels were changed."

"Coffee maker in room did not work. Toilet got clogged. Parking was great. Asked for handicap assessable but could not get into tub for an assessable shower. The bed was very comfortable. "

"This is the 1st time we've had a fenced in yard for our dog. It was so wonderful! The projector and screen on the wall were really cool. The kitchen and bathroom were super cute! I wish we'd have been there longer to enjoy a fire outside. "

"The people working here have been so nice every single visit. Me and my wife love taking weekend trips and we have stayed here twice. It is the cheapest motel / hotel in Dickson yet somehow it’s always the friendliest and cleaning which never goes hand in hand. The rooms are very updated and the WiFi pretty fast, It was enough to stream movies. The only thing we don’t LOVE about the motel is that the TV is not a smart TV and we have to watch shows and movies on our phones. But other than that I’d say 9/10 for the price. "

"The breakfast was terrible juice machine broken ice machine broken had to go back to front desk and down hall.for ice. The breakfast was false advertised . No protein just cold searl.and milk store bought donuts ."

"If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again. The mattress was okay but the pillows were lumpy and it’s a good thing it was a king bed because I could at least fold the skimpy quilt in half to stay warm in the cold room. The furniture should have been thrown on the local tip, there was no bed side lamp and no convenient place to charge a phone near the bed. It’s a shame you can’t award minus stars. "
