"Room was excellent! Hallways could use vacuuming more often. Entry way needed garbage cans emptied when full. One of the folks living there (seemed like a grandpa) seemed lazy and made excuses for cigarette buts all over the entry and general cleanliness around the entrance welcoming guests. We thought the pricing was good."

"This hotel was good for an overnight but had some quirks and the neighborhood feels sketchy. Our room smelled... odd. But I think it may have been a combination of the cleaning products used, and the building being old. There's a weird door entry situation where you have a door from the hallway to your room, but also from your room to the parking lot. It was odd and didn't feel super secure, but I was armed, so not too worried. Your room key does not open the door that goes to the parking lot but works on the door from the hallway. The security latch on the hallway door wouldn't stay latched. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to work and just didn't bother getting assistance because it was getting late. Unfortunately, it was very, very loud. It quieted down around midnight, but we had to hit the road at 4:30 am, so the noise level was a huge bummer. PROS: the front desk staff was friendly, there's a Keurig in the lobby so you can grab a coffee, it's a convenient location to the highways, the room was clean and beds comfortable, the shower was hot and good water pressure."

"Everything was new, clean, and easily accessible. The room was always a bit cool, possibly because of the high ceilings, which were at least very "cool" to look at. The one waste basket was hidden -- behind the toilet which was also in the corner. Small detail, but a cause of concern since we were piling up Kleenex and scrap paper by the tv until we finally saw it. Parking garage was across the street, but as an old rural person, I could have used more direction on how to do it.before I got there -- a print out would have helped."

"Yeah, everything was good. The room was clean. The lady at the desk really helped us out. Explain stuff to us for car parking and that kind of stuff and then the Van gave us a ride Van guy and it was great. The hot tub jets didn’t work that was about the only negative thing."
