"Didnt do the breakfast, my granddaughter loved it. My bed was like sleeping on a cloud, only too high up for an older, short person to get in and out easily. Perfect location for what we needed, in town for wedding and venue was about 15 minutes away"

"The sheets were not changed when we got there and they had no soap or towels for us. We had to go get new sheets and change them ourselves. "

"When we got to our hotel, we noticed that the fridge wasn't working, there were stains on the couch, and when we went to wash our hands, the drain in the sink didn't work and the sink filled up with water. After a long travel day, we just wanted to take a shower, but the drain ended up being backed up there too, so I stood in a pool of water as I took my shower. We went to a concert at Memorial Stadium, and didn't get back until 1am, but as we went to get into our room, our card didn't work to let us back in. I tried it a few different times before having to go to the lobby and get staff help. I feel that this price for a hotel as average as this is too expensive. I would expect this for maybe $60/night, not $187."

"Our original VRBO cancelled on us and luckily the next morning this new property popped up, and now I’m so glad it worked out how it did! Everything was beautiful in the home, welcoming and comfortable. The extra touches and amenities were great. We would stay here again without question. Thanks for the wonderful couple days in Lincoln!"

"Booked 2 rooms; requested them next to each other. When checking in I asked if rooms were next to each other and she said no, we are booked full. So i asked if they were at least on the same floor? She said no. I said they had to be as 1 room with have my teenage girls in it. What do you know...we get 2 rooms next to each other on the same floor. Room 1 had gum like stuff on the floor between beds. Room 2 bathroom door was literally falling off hinges and couldnt close so we didnt have privacy with using the bathroom/shower. Went to front desk to ask for extra blankets and pillows, she said she didnt have extra blankets, that they are fully booked. So i asked for at least some top sheets so we could cover up at least. Breakfast was ridiculous. No fruit options. Juice machines broken with open top conatiners sitting out all morning. Wasnt sure if it was laziness or actual so i would always ask twice. Sometimes id get what we needed, with a no we are fully booked, sometimes i wouldnt. Not satisfied. "
