"Our room wasn't ready at arrival. We waited in lobby for about 15 minutes and then we offered a different room. Upon entering room, we discovered bed bugs. We were then moved to the original room we were supposed to have. The staff were friendly. However, we never received any kind of offer of compensation ..."
