Warm and Cozy is a great place for families and families bringing dogs up. Very safe well fenced yard. 3 large bedrooms. We love the no wood fireplace too. bravo to J&J

Felt like home

Large lot in a quiet, older neighborhood. The house is quite comfortable and well equipped. The fenced yard is perfect for dogs of all sizes and, in particular, for small dogs who are escape artists. Mine couldn't find a way out. It couldn't be better.

Peaceful Family Retreat

We stayed at Warm and Cozy for a long weekend. This is such a sweet home. The property is on an Acre fully fenced and gated. 3 Large bedrooms, a small bath and full Bath with big shower/tub. Our two Aussi’s loved the fenced back yard and deck. We will start here again P.S. super comfy bed!
