Clean, basic, and comfortable for a few nights at a very good price. Don’t expect luxury or a lot of frills, but it’s a great value. The little Marketplace was a pleasant surprise—the prices were some of the most reasonable I’ve seen anywhere. Overall, a good, affordable place to stay.

We have a place in Pinetop so we're back & forth all summer, but we stayed here once a couple years ago & again last night when we had AC issues! Great price for SL/Pinetop/Lakeside, super clean room plus good bedding & towels..and the grandkids went swimming twice in 18 hours!

Freshly remodeled, great for a overnight stay. If you are going to tour the area and spend limited time at this Pine top lodge, it will suit you perfect. Need to improve on security doors that are not located at office entry area. Staff was very friendly.

Nice remodel. Room was clean. Had a king bed with jetted tub and fire place. We used the hot tub and pool. Walked to Charlie Clark’s for dinner and listened to music in their outdoor space out back. Will definitely come back

We were pleased with the location and parking, easy access into the room, very convenient to punch in the code. The swimming pool was nice.....but the hot tub had soooo much chemicals in it, I had to keep my eyes closed from burning. So, I opted to utilize the spa in our deluxe room. It was nice......for only one person at a time☹️. The air conditioner was good but .....the bed was HARD!

The toilet was running and the shower head leaking with minimal pressure. There was no hair dryer and only one soap for a room with three queen beds. I had to look for someone to check in and check out. The check in and out procedures were great! All digital!

We had a non-smoking room with a king bed. The room set up was excellent. The toilet and shower were separate from the bathroom sink which had a nice size countertop around it for personal items. The small kitchen area was small but also set up very well. There was a small sink, countertop with a coffee pot, shelves above the counter, and the refrigerator/freezer was larger than most hotel rooms. The rest of the room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the internet wasn't consistent during the evening when a lot of people were on it.

The room was very comfy. Large Fridge was a great thing. Located in a convenient area, with plenty of parking. Only issue was, there was only 3 pillows on the bed. By the time we realized it, it was too late to request another. Due to that reason sleeping was uncomfortable. Also the fact that the pillows were very light & hollow was not a good thing.
