Look, this place has a high review for a reason! Outstanding customer service combined with extremely clean rooms! I live in Arizona, and have never stayed at a nicer place than this! We had a 2 room suite and it was immaculate. Have our 3,4 year olds with us and they loved it with the playground and mini golf! But, looking forward to taking my wife here without the kids also. It’s perfect for any type of travel. A little outside of town, but you can get most places in Pinetop / Lakeside in under 10 mins drive. It’s located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood near a golf resort which look like mostly condos. Front desk has the old school, getting very rare, customer service, where they actually care about your stay and experience. I stay at a lot of hotels around the US, this place is far above most you’ll encounter.

We didn’t get to see or do much, so can’t comment on facilities. Cabin was lovely, well appointed and clean. Ka Trina, who checked us in, was absolutely lovely.

Had a great weekend and can’t wait to come back with more family. My kids loved all of the activities. The pool was perfect. Our cabin was so nice, clean, and cute. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a perfect weekend in the pines.

I was out in the upper reaches of the White Mountains ice fishing and got chased down into town by a sudden and extreme cold snap. Even on short notice, The Roundhouse was great and the cabin was more like a small house than what I expected for a cabin. This included modern climate control and a complete kitchen, as well as internet and a full bathroom. I may have spent the night eating rehydrated camp food prepared in a lot more kitchen than I was planning, but the stay was great and I recommend the facility.

Awesome cabin, very large and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was there was barely any coffee, no stevia, and a $15 resort fee when we didn't really have much time to use the facility (opens at 9am, check out at 10am).

We had several issues connecting to the room wifi and we called the front office but the person attending the call was off-site. So, for the 3 nights we didn't had WIFI. These cabins are really good and at a good price.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and roomy for 6 of us & the space was clean and well appointed. We liked the ease of access to putt putt and activity room. I would only advise that providing a pad lock code to the pool area would make better sense than to provide guests with an actual key and charge such a steep lost fee. If a family visit pool at different hours, someone has to leave the pool to provide the others access since there is only 1 key.

We were working our way south and wanted to explore Pinetop. Booked a cabin through Expedia and were amazed with the Deluxe accommodations. It is nice to have a full kitchen. Unfortunately we were there for only one night, so unable to use the amenities. We will likely be back again.
