Perfect getaway place! Plenty of space, lovely accommodations, deck seating, fire pit and area to sit under the pine trees if you desire! Would stay here again!
My family and I stayed at this cabin for labor day weekend. We love staying around the Pine Top country club area for the clean roads and beautiful neighborhood. The proximity to Sunrise for mountain biking and Fool Hollow Lake for kayaking made it the perfect base for our adventure-packed weekend. The rooms are spacious, and the gas firepit was a nice touch.
Great place to stay. Plenty of beds and linens. Great kitchen. Grill was quite dirty, had to ckean to grill. TV in master bedroom not working. Game room was an added bonus.
My family has rented this particular cabin many times when I was growing up. Now that I am myself an adult with adult money, I was able to bring my husband and son with select friends without my parents.
The view is perfect. I love that its at the end of a cul-de-sac ao you dont have passing traffic. The patio is definitely where we spent most of our time. There was so much seating for everyone which was perfect.
Our family has stayed at what we refer to as "The Treeehouse" multiple times over the past 15+ years. This is a wonderful property, nestled in the trees at the end of a quiet cul de sac. There is plenty of room inside, as well as the outdoor deck. Its a great place to experience Show Low, Pinetop and the White Mountains. We appreciate the owners sharing the "treehouse" so others can enjoy. Highly recommended!

Disappointed in Property Management
This property was in a very desirable location and had adequate accommodations for our family. It looked like the perfect find for our trip. Reservations were as I expected, but in the end was a disappointed in linens, cleanliness, and general disrepair (of more things than I could begin to list) for the price they are charging. Most were things we could live with but the biggest nuisance was the garage door opener. I completely understand something that malfunctions during the stay is out of the control of the property owner but it's how it's handled after it's reported that makes a huge difference. We reported this on the first day as that was the only way to gain access to the house other than leaving a door unlocked (There were no keyed entries with coded boxes despite the description). At any rate we played message tag all during our stay and no solution was ever offered or provided other than troubleshooting suggestions. This left us to leave doors unlocked so we could get back in or jump over the laser of the garage door as it was closing. Not happy about the property management during our stay.
House was great! The beds were comfortable and the house was so spacious. We loved that there was a master bedroom and kids room downstairs and a master bedroom and kids room upstairs. We went with two families so it was great to have some separation. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook for the kids!
The house was beautiful, the entry was seemless, communication was great, just an absolutely beautiful property and exceptional hosts.

Great cabin for families!
We loved this cabin!! Great location on a quiet street. Plenty of room for both families. Very clean & it's even more beautiful in person. We can't wait to visit and stay here again!!!
We had a wonderful weekend in the snow with friends. House was perfect for 2 families with kids. Oven/stove was a bit temperamental but overall the house was great!
It would have been nice to know you have to go up a flight of stairs to get into the house. The light switches were weird. TV access was difficult. Several of us tried to log on to existing streaming accounts only to all be told our passwords were incorrect. On the good side, kitchen was well stocked and, in fact, could use someone going through everything and get rid of duplicates.

Nice place but not for more than 4 - 6 people.
The house is nice and the views are amazing. The house was unlocked when we arrived. I couldn't get hold of the property manager, so we never got any keys to lock the doors. The house has a king bedroom with and ensuite bath and a twin bedroom right next to it on the first floor with another bath. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and play area on the 2nd floor with one bath to share. This would not be a good place for three couples.
The kitchen has an old stove that does not work well and the microwave had no glass plate on the wheels. The kitchen had one half used roll of paper towels and really old towels and mitts. The oven isn't good for pizza or any baked good. It completely dried out my baked french toast and the pizza took 1 full hour to cook even at the highest setting. It may be because the oven door does not close completely.
The garage had furniture stored to one side so we couldn't park two cars in them. All the closets had junk in them.
We loved Pinetop but I will choose more carefully in the future.

Nice but some cautions
There were 11 people who stayed a long weekend at this rental. It felt a little cramped especially in the kitchen area which is smaller than what the pictures lead you to believe. The stove in the kitchen looks cool but it’s not very functional. The house definitely needs a good cleaning. We had to kill many spiders and there’s cobwebs on the walls. There are lots of stairs especially having to carry the coolers and all your food and groceries from the garage into the main door. The outside area was great. Plenty of room to eat outside on the tables. Nice gas fire pit. And a nice side yard. The biggest issue we had was dealing with a neighbor. Being the rental is at the end of the street there was a nice large cul-de-sac for the kids to play wiffle ball in. sometimes the ball rolled into the neighbors grassy area. The neighbor did not like us to go onto his property only 2 feet to get the ball back. In fact he ended up calling the sheriff. Even though the sheriff agreed with us that there was no harm being done the neighbor obviously did not like the kids having fun. Unfortunately I would have to say we won’t be back.
We loved our stay here and will return someday if we can. The gas fire pit on the deck made Fall break in the mountains a great one. Lots of space on couches and at the dining table for the whole family and bonus room downstairs for th kids to play in.
The cabin was amazing!!!! The stay was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. Cabin was in a great location. So much room to feel comfortable and not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.
We loved the cabin and the location. However, for the price, the cabin needs to update some of the essentials such as non-stick pans with our the no-stick pealing off, new cooking utensils. Simple supplies lik a few ziplock bags and tin foil would be nice. The oven is a nightmare! Very difficult to use and takes a very long time to preheat.
We rented the property because of the location. The property has amazing street appeal and a beautiful covered deck with a fire pit. Batteries were missing from the remote controls for the TV and the fabric softener are used on the sheets was a bit over bearing. The property was neat and had lots of amenities and we’ve already booked another weekend!
