We love the closeness to the beach, the fact that we have access to bicycles to use, it is close to lots of bars, coffee shops and gelaterias. The staff is friendly and helpful. The trains are nosy but that is in every hotel on the main road of Pineto. When booking through Orbtiz the beach umbrellas were not included in the stay we had to pay extra for those. The room are small but there is plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases which makes it nice. We have stayed her 3 times and we would stay again

Bell'hotel vicino al mare, perosnale cortese ed disponibile. Insonorizzazione delle camere da rivedere: potevo sentire chiaramente cosa dicevano gli altri ospiti (che parlavano normalmente) ma anche cosa "facevano" (non è colpa loro, logicamente). L'insonorizzazione fa parte di un servizio base degli hotel ed in questa struttura non esiste. Credo abbiamo fatto dei muri di cartongesso. Non sto esagerando, praricamente non c'è privacy e soprattutto non si puó riposare. Ci ritornerò se ne avrò esigenza, ma dovrò munirmi di tappi. Se necessario, ho fatto dei video.

Steps from the sea, with a superb staff!

Lovely location, just steps across a wooded bike path and you are at the sea! Parking was easy, check-in was easy. The staff are superb - always with a smile, very welcoming and helpful! The room was extremely clean and quite comfortable. There was fruit in the room, a very welcome touch. And breakfast was a perfect start to our day!

Nice hotel close to the beach

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful people working there. Excellent little coffee bar at the reception with very cheap and delicious espresso (cafe italiana). The room has everything you need. Just the railway is a little close but this belongs to almost all hotels in Pineto. Also no problem to find sleep. Thanks again for the great stay and support during my trip.

Tornare a casa !!!

Hotel in posizione fantastica a meno di 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, super pulitissimo, accoglienza dei proprietari calda ed affettuosa, sono gentilissimi (è il 7° anno consecutivo che torniamo molto volentieri), camera ampia con balcone super pulitissima ogni giorno,(già pronta al nostro arrivo) presenza gradita di frutta fresca ogni giorno, spiaggia molto curata compresa nel prezzo (ombrellone, lettino, sdraio)...cosa volere di piu? Già non vediamo l'ora di tornare.
