Adjacent to the right you have Pineto’s beautiful sandy beach with its pine trees and to the left Roseto’s huge bustling beach and town filled with activity. Both connected by newly built bike and walking paths.

Back at the main apartment is your beautiful newly decorated and upgraded (2025) 3 bedroom home set on two levels with two bathrooms and two fully equipped kitchens which sleeps 6.
Two large TV’s in the kitchen and lounge areas offer a comprehensive Sky package for those who wish to leave the private pool !! Alongside Netflix, Prime, Apple etc that you can sign into.
The latest WiFi is available privately throughout. There is an additional 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment above which sleeps 4 and is accessible from the garden in the main apartment below. It allows larger groups to enjoy a joint holiday while still maintaining privacy and space.

Pineto is only a 2 hour car journey from the centre of Rome via the stunning Grand Sasso and National Park areas and 3 1/2 hours from the Amalfi coast. Set in Abruzzo, whether it’s beaches or hiking or quad bikes or canoeing or quite simply lying by the pool your options here are endless.
