This property was very confusing when booking and became even more confusing when we arrived. In the pictures they show the castle property which leads you to believe that its part the overall property and you have access to the grounds. No you don't. The old castle property belongs to someone else and you do not even have access to walk around the grounds. It's quiet as your out in the country so not possible to walk to restaurants. We choose to stay and eat at the hotel for the convenience. Food is fine but nothing special. Staff were good. The room had a broken scones light that should have been fixed a long time ago. We were disappointed as the pictures lead us to believe one thing and found something very different. My wife and I both commented that if they had not portrayed it as part of the castle we would have still stayed here. They are using the photo to attract guests so based on that we are giving a lower score.

Great stay in Trento
"Beautiful hotel. A five minute walk from the train station. A five minute walk to the Buonsiglio Castle. A ten minute walk to the cathedral and diocesan museum. Great shower with rainfall fixture and good water pressure. Had a large window which could be opened for fresh air. And quiet."
