2 Bedroom - 2 Bath condo located on the 18th hole of Pinehurst Resort Course No. 3! Completely renovated with Luxury Vinyl flooring, granite countertops and vanities, new cabinets, new appliances and new furniture! Perfect accommodations for a visit to the area for a golf event at Pinehurst Resort, convention at The Carolina Hotel, wedding at The Fair Barn, shopping in the Village of Pinehurst or the town of Southern Pines. Great for all kinds of groups. Centrally located for quick access to all area attractions and a mile and a half from the Village of Pinehurst for shopping, evening dinners and nightlife! Golf packaging available at most area courses.
Parking is first come first serve. Home includes drip coffee pot. Located on 2nd fl and does require steps.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sandhills Rentals and condo owner worked with me to reschedule our trip twice due to weather related golf tournament cancelations.

Pinehurst Golf Trip

Overall, this was a quality location and place to stay for a golf trip. The only issue we had was that front door and patio furniture was covered in pollen. It would’ve been. It would’ve been nice if that was cleaned for us as we would’ve liked to have spent more time out there.

Great little quiet condo in proximity to all things Pinehurst. Would recommend a cleaning of the HVAC system and ducts. Plus some roaches were emerging from the kitchen sink. Would book again. Great value for location

Was surprised at the number of steps. 3 flights! The bathroom tub was moldy and needed recaulking . Was expecting TV in 2nd bedroom, was showing in picture. I would not recommend to older people. Bed was comfortable. Second bathroom shower was very small. I wasn’t happy that they charged a $150 deposit when booked 6 weeks out. Then said it could be 2 weeks before returned. The price was average with condos in area.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine. Hard to find the unit in the dark. The oven was on when we arrived. There is mold on the shower liner. The electrical outlets are problematic. Some do not work, others have the plug fall out - don’t stay in....

Nice location if you're staying in Pinehurst. Really nice view of the back nine of Pinehurst number 3 which was enjoyable in the mornings.
