Pinehurst Condo - Renovated 2022. 1BR/1BA condo centrally located in the heart of Pinehurst. Pet friendly with non-refundable pet fee. All new furnishings. Condo in desired community of Pinehurst Manor! Less than a ten minute drive to Village of Pinehurst and Pinehurst Country Club. Home includes automatic drip coffee pot, patio furniture, Carolina room with desk, King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.

For insurance and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Quick retreat

It was the perfect stay for a quick 24 hour retreat. Hotel-like accommodations with the comfort of a den and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day soon.

Great location

We had a pleasant stay. Great location to Pinehurst. We would’ve liked to see a little more stocking of everyday items. Very minimal plates, mugs, kitchen towels, etc. We had 3 in our party, would stay again for the location.

Came to Pinehurst to play three days of tournament golf. The unit was clean, conveniently located and quiet. I was very pleased with my stay. I would book this unit again in the future.

Excellent stay!

We were so lucky to find this property to rent for the US Open at Pinehurst. It is a spacious one bedroom and nicely furnished. Comfortable king bed, w/d in unit and lots of privacy. There were plenty of linens, towels and supplies provided for our week's stay. We highly recommend!

Comfortable condo

The condo was clean and well supplied. The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. It was so hard that my ribs felt bruised the next day. I had to buy a mattress topper to get through the stay. Aside from that, overall the experience was very good.

Clean and safe rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was super clean! First arrived to see many spider webs over front porch and thought “oh no!” When inside, it was super clean and updated. Kitchen only had basic so you may want to bring some favs with you. Bring coffee because no Kurig ! Bed was not very comfy but again i can’t say enough- how clean it was. Kitchen chair was broken when we arrived and front screen door came off when we were there. Just things that happen to any rental. If you are looking for a clean safe rental, this is the one for you!

Wonderful Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent an extended period of time here. It was ideal. The location is perfect. The condo has everything you could need. There is ample living space and the bedroom is very large. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer as well as washer and dryer. There are two parking spaces very near the entrance. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Even though you are on the ground level, you do not hear your neighbors very much. It is a perfect spot when you are visiting the area. We would stay again.

Only downside is they have some leaking issues in the shower and the floor is unlevel. Very evident to someone using a wheelchair at night. Otherwise I was good. You may want to know where the dumpsters are as we called management and they didn't know so just had to drive further in the development to find it.
