"What a lovely home. The location is great. We enjoyed the pool and river too. Would definitely stay again!"

"We spent a month at this beautiful peaceful retreat & it was wonderful. The home is a rustic, unique A-frame situated right on the Rappahannock River. We had the privilege of seeing several bald eagles from the back deck during our stay. It was very comfortable and we felt like we were at home while we were there. We brought our Labrador Retriever who enjoyed his stay as well. Would highly recommend this property to others who are looking for a laid back place to stay complete with tranquility...

"The house was exactly as listed, with the bonus of sweet touches appreciated by the women in our group. Four of us fit comfortably, and we really enjoyed starting and ending our day in the sunroom, viewing the sky. Excellent communication with the host when we needed it. We would stay here again for sure!"

"Unfortunately our stay in the area was necessitated by a death in the family. The Little Blue Cottage was a perfect peaceful refuge as we were handling arrangements. The location on the water was so tranquil (and our dogs loved it too)!"
