"My family and I had an amazing time! This was an extremely well-appointed house. Beautiful and comfortable living, dining, and bedroom furnishings. My kids had an absolute blast in the pool each day. All the pool and beach gear that we needed (and more)! The beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys came in very handy. And the beach was so close! Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping were all nearby. If you are looking for a great place to stay where the hosts go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need - look no further! This is the house for you (and we look forward to the time when we can stay again)! "
"This property has the best location everything you need is just a short drive away. The condos are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. As for the beach… absolutely stunning. It was peaceful, beautiful, and felt like our own private slice of paradise.

"House was great. We have 3 kids under 7 and everyone had plenty of space. Outdoor patio is great, a peaceful place to unwind. Even with construction 2 doors down, the house was quiet and peaceful. It has the minimum essentials, but isn’t overflowing with random mismatched junk left behind by previous renters like most beach house kitchens tend to be, which was nice to see. Property management was great to deal with, even when I booked the wrong dates, they were quick to respond and help me rectify my mistake. Will stay again. 10/100"
"We had a wonderful stay at Sea Mist Chic. The house looks like the pictures with the exception of the back yard in which they now have 4 lounge chairs and a large outdoor dining table, which was more feasible for our family. The kitchen was stocked with all you need to cook and plenty of dishes for all of us (group of 10). Loved the outdoor shower for coming in from the beach to the pool. We had a hiccup early on with a couple things, but the management company responded quickly and did their best to fix stuff. They were very responsive. Additionally, they were accommodating, friendly, polite, and answered questions about the area. There is a Publix a few blocks up and about 10 mins away from Pier Park with every store you need. You do need to cross 30A to walk to the beach which would be tricky without a car, but luckily we didn’t need to walk. A very nice public access beach with parking was a 6 minute drive. Good location – not on the beach but close enough. And only a few miles from Rosemary Beach town and Alys Beach town which are definitely worth a visit. Overall, we had a great stay! "
